I'm 30 weeks preggers and my brain has totally checked out. Anyone else out there having difficulty? I had to enlist my 4 year old's help with finding my hairbrush. I spent 10 minutes looking for the darn thing and he went right to it... on the bathroom counter, by itself. He couldn't stop laughing at me. Am I alone? Somehow I doubt it.

Being a mother of two, I can tell you that it's normal. I remember once making brownies and getting ready to take them out of the oven. I grabbed the pan with my bare hands, my brain than told me "hot" and I dropped them on the ground. Talk about a dumb moment: don't forget the potholders. I was left with blisters and scars.

Oh Yeah!! I'm only 23 weeks, and I've felt so stupid!! I drop stuff all the time, walk into a room and forget why I walked in there, and I have speech dyslexia. I keep telling myself it HAS to be the pregnancy!!

Oh you are so not alone! With my first pregnancy I was in my last trimester and you know when you can't see your feet or anything. Well I sat down to pee and oops... I forgot to take my underwear off first! :) I just sat there stunned wondering whether to laugh or cry!

Well at least you had your 4yr old to help u. I used to walk in a room and think " Why did I come in here for?" and had to sit and think for a min. I used to make a lot of post it notes on the frig just top keep me straight with all the everyday routines... It will eventually fade away and boom it will feel like your old self again with maybe a few extra brain cells-mother cells-is what i call them!!!!
