My sister tried it. She didn't like it. She said that when you eat fatty foods, it makes you get diarrhea and fart a lot. The farts have this oily discharge, so she said she had to wear a pad but further back all the time. lol. But I guess if you stick to a healthier diet then it should work for you. I have been taking Slim Quick. I like it so far.

I have. I used it for a short time after I joined Weight Watchers last year to "jump start" my progress. Between Alli and WW, I lost over 50 lbs. Of course, the week I got my 50 lbs. loss award from WW, I found out I was pregnant....
The side-effects are legendary and true, but most people that stay within the prescribed fat-consumption guidelines don't experience them. That's the kicker, though - you have to keep yourself honest otherwise you WILL experience "treatment effects".
I didn't use it for weight loss as much as I did to keep me honest with my WW plan at the beginning. The fear of experiencing a "treatment effect" was a great motivator for me to stick a low-fat plan, and it did help me lose a bit more than I would have lost without it. Once I got down to "overweight" (vs. obese) standards, I quit taking it and just opted for WW.
If I have problems dropping the weight after this next one, I'll go back to Alli & WW after I ween Itty-bits. It's not for everyone, but it worked for me.
