Hello. I've been TTC#2 since the end of January. My first was conceived within the first month.
I'm not due to start my period until May 30, but I feel as though I have very uncomfortable cramps and (warning: TMI) I feel like I should go to the bathroom and have blood flowing. It's that cramping in the lower abdomen and also into the vagina. Like I'm heavy on a back period.

Anyway, I'm under a lot of stress (but this is normal for me). My periods are usually right on time so there's no irregularity issues there.

Does anyone have any ideas? I know that when you first get pregnant you might feel a nagging or something (which I don't remember from my first pregnancy). But if I were pregnant, I would have conceived this week. According to BabyZone's online calendar, today is my best day to conceive, but ovulation is this week in general.

Any advice? or Thoughts?

Thank you so much!
Rose

Just an idea but there is something called mettleschmertz. It is pains that you have when you ovulate its technical meaning is "middle pain" fitting I guess. Anyways this may be what you are experiencing. (btw my ob said this can happen out of the blue,i.e. it can happen to you even if it never has before.) hope this helps!

Also hard to depend upon an exact ovulation date, they are really just estimates. Although if you are ovulating it can cause cramping and period type pain.

Ovulation calculators / calendars are generally acceptable as a guide. But it'll be hard to pinpoint the date of ovulation. You should take give the window of error of +/- 1 day.
