This is my third pregnancy. With my first I had these pains and now with my third they are back. They are in my vaginal area. It's almost like the baby is sitting in that area or on a nerve connected with that area. If the baby shifts the soreness seems to completely disappear. I was just curious if there is anyone else who has felt this? i am 24 and a half weeks pregnant. Any help would be great.

I swear I've got a watermelon wedged in my pelvis. I've been waddling for at least 2 months from it (I'm 29ish weeks now). My first born was the same way... heavy! I think the worst part is trying to get out of bed when it feels like your legs can't close!

I'm also getting bizarro pains in my vagina (and my left nipple), they last only for a about 5-45 seconds at a time. I thought I was going crazy until I talked to my girlfriend who is about 2 months further along then I am, and a Doctor. She asked, "So did you start getting strange pains in your va-jay-jay yet?" I spit out the Tea I was drinking and laughed my butt off. She said it's normal and it happens likely because a nerve is being pushed while everything moves around.

LOL I would of spit my tea out to. I'm glad to hear that that is normal. Even though very uncomfortable but at least we all know we arent the only ones who are getting it. Thank you. : )

whew, i'm so glad i'm not the only person with nipple and va-jay-jay pains. i keep thinking my sweet little angel is playing on professional sports teams by himself. i enjoy all the moments when he moves around so i guess it's not that bad.

Does your stomach tighten up when you feel the pains? It will feel like your whole belly gets hard. and only lasts for a few seconds depending on how close they are.

During my three pregnacies i had that constant pressure pain in between my legs that came and went with certain movements from the baby. it was a relief to know it was all normal and part of the process of carrying a baby. i found that pools gave me great relief for it relieves the pressure due to the fact you are buoyant, but knowing that you cant run to the pool every time the pain occurs doing kegal excercises will help those muscles get stronger.
