I'm in need of a Convertible Car seat that is airline approved for my daughter. She will be just over 9months when I have to fly out. We live in Hawaii right now and my husband is about to deploy in July. I'm moving back with my family to help me through this time. So I need a great comfortable car seat for the 10 hour flight from Hawaii to Texas. I want to make sure I do the research before buying one. Was just hoping someone knew of a good brand or actual carseat I could look into. Any info or help would be wonderful. Thanks for your time.

britax carseats are air plane certified. They are a little expensive though. I have the infant car seat and I love it!

Yeah been looking them up was hoping not to spend $200+ on one since we have an expensive car seat waiting for us in Oklahoma. I just wanted one to get us by the next month and a half and the plane ride. Any other brands anyone knows about? Heard some people telling me the Evenflo Titan Elite Convertible car seats were airline approved but haven't read it offically on any websites anyone know for sure?

Maybe call the manufacturer? Evenflo should be able to tell you if they are certified or not. Or check with the airlines and see if they can make suggestions.
