So before I got pregnant I was in great shape and competitive swimmer. I was only 167 lbs that jumped up in my 40 weeks of pregnancy only to end up at 208 lbs after Hunter was born. So I have lost some of the weight. Im only 183 lbs. Still I feel like a cow! All my weight is right in my waist. I can go swimming everyday because I have to take care of my son and make sure everything is ready for when Mike gets home (pool is normally closed by then anyway!) so I walk my dog and push my son in the stroller everyday. I feel like I am starving myself because I am trying eat less and eat healthier. Is there any tips you guys can give me? Like certain foods to eat? Or different exercises I can do to help me lose weight faster?

I recommend not trying to do it alone...It's hard and a support group makes it so much easier, fun, and motivating...As someone who lost 100 lbs on Weight Watchers (before pregnancy) I recommend finding a program or group of woman who will meet with you, support you, walk with you, share recipes, etc. This type of encouragement really pulls you through the rough patches and keeps you from giving up...I've already told the hubby that as soon as the baby is born, I'm back to my meetings and meeting with my "getting healthy" friends. I REALLY miss their support! It doesn't have to be WW, it doesn't even have to be a program that is paid for, it just needs to be a committed group who is there for a phone call, exercise session, or shoulder when needed.
