What's the middle name gonna be? I like Aiden better, but I need to know a middle name to give the best suggestion.

middle name is either john or robert, after the 2 grandads. not sure yet though

I love the name Aiden (I would spell is Aden, but that's just me...:D) I had my boy's name picked out since I was fourteen, Aden Christopher. Well, that I met a guy, fell in love with him, had his baby, a boy....and he hated the name Aden. So, I had to scrap it.

I will say this though, Aiden is getting to be a VERY popular name...so...be prepared for that if you use it.

I like Aiden, but I like Ryan also. I myself would probably go with Ryan because like Jenn said, Aiden is SO popular right now.

I love Ryan, think it's a great name...DH likes Aedan (how I would spell it LOL) and I think it's cute, but I am concerned about the popularity of it, as well as those that sound like it: Braden, Caden, Hayden...

DH and I came VERY close to naming our baby Aidan (how I would spell it, lol). I have loved that name for years. But we eventually ruled it out because of how popular it has become - my husband's name is very common and he hated being one of 3 kids in his classes with the same name growing up.

Aidan (or Aiden) is a great name...but I agree with everyone else....its going to be a common one. If you are fine with that...then it doesn't matter. But if I was voting...I'd go for Ryan...both are great Irish names and Ryan is classic whereas Aiden might become trendy and overused (even though I still love it!).

I love, love,love the name aidan, if aliyah was a boy that would have been her name, but me an her daddy would have fought.lol
