my 22 month old takes off his diaper in the bed and hides it in pees in the floor what should i do
Start potty training. My guess is that he doesn't like being wet...so switch to training pants of some sort (cloth will make it go a little faster), and get a potty seat for him to get familiar with.
Pick a reward system, and just dive in! He'll be trained for daytime dryness in anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months, and you'll save TONS on diapers.
We use a mix of cloth and disposable - cloth for home or my folks, and disposable for when we're at Church, and sometimes when we're out, and I know I won't be able to get to a restroom fast enough.
Hope that helps!!

Potty training will help eventually, but it won't solve the immediate problem of urine soaked carpets. Try An out fit he can't get off. You could cut the feet out of footy jammies that zip, and turn it backwards. Someone suggested cutting a small vee in the neck to allow for neck room.

If he's not ready for potty training yet, get the Little Keeper Sleeper. I loved this product for my daughter when she went through a similar stage. It's a sleeper the kids can't get off on their own. It fits well and I knew I didn't have to clean a crib - yeah! It's not expensive and it totally solved the problem. I got mine at www.littlekeepersleeper.com.
