recalled pacifiers?

My MIL said she saw on the news that some pacifiers were falling apart when babies sucked on them and kids were choking on them... but didn't see the brand. Did anyone catch it? I can't find it on the news website she said it was on.

This was the most recent recall I could find. Sounds like a very small distribution area, though.
