The neighbor called to say that her 6 y/o daughter told her that she and my 5 y/o son have been "kissing". I know some of this is age appropriate-- but still how to
address this, seeing that there will be other kids he will see.

I would tell him that kisses aren't something we give to just anyone. They should be given only to family and people who mean the most to us.
