Got a Picky Eater?

Hi there,

Is your kid a finicky eater? If so, what are you tricks for helping him try new things or sneaking nutrients into his body?

Finicky husband and twins can make a woman go mad!! After many nights of cooking different meals for the whole family I was fed up and made a new rule! If you don't eat what I cook, then you don't eat. PERIOD. I sneak certain vegetables into their food, by putting it in the blender but I still have it whole on their plate. If they eat ALL their food on their plate they get dessert. Never anything that will completely rot their teeth. But I will give them a scope of frozen yogurt on a mini cone or angel food cake with a twirl of cool whip (they love to do that) and cut strawberries and blueberries. Yogurt is also considered a type of dessert here! lol! Now they eat their dinner, with added excitement!!! And after many attempts my husband and twins finally ate caulliflower and broccolli and now it is their favorite vegetable!
