tring and need some answers

me and my boyfriend have been tring to concive for almost two years . I recently looked into the ovulation calanders but i never got a chance to use the because this past month i did not have my cycle i havent had it since nov. I spotted in december a few days befor i was supose to cycle but i never started i also took two home test the read no. Help does anyone else know whats going on i went to the doc. He done a blood test but the asnwers aint back yet to yall have any answers?

im not sure what could be going on? i would just say try not to worry about to much cause that will just make you go crazy! and just wait to see what the Dr says. also i use mymonthlycycles.com its been really helpful for me and really accurate!
