I have been trying to get pregnant for a while and have finally been prescribed Clomid :) If I try to get pregnant this month then I will be 9 months pregnant in my sisters wedding (I am her maid of honor)... am I crazy or should I wait till next month or the following?

HUMMMM..Well we have been trying since Feb. of '08 so I am dying to be pregnant, so I personally couldn't wait another second. I am sure your sis understands that a baby is just as important to you as her wedding is her so I would start ASAP , but that is just me & the wait is killing me .lol.Good Luck whatever you decide though!!! Oh & if you don't mind me asking how long have you been trying?

I went of the pill in May. For some reason usually very regular cycles went very irregular... and still are.

Um yes! Totally go for it. Would you seriously plan your life around a wedding? I know that the bride thinks it's the most important date on the planet, but it really isn't. Who cares if you are 9 mos. pregnant at her wedding? I would start as soon as you can- who knows how long it could take to concieve- even on Clomid. Why delay?

I agree with CraftyAshley, it could take a long time, don't delay! You never know :D and how cool would it be to show your future child pics of you pregnant at his/her aunt's wedding?? I always thought it was so funny when I was little to look at my parents' wedding album, point to my Aunt's "potbelly" (that's apparently what I called it) and say SAMANTHA'S IN THERE!!!

Good luck and keep us informed of your progress -- babydust to you and your SO!

I was a 8 1/2 month pregnant maid of honor at my sister's wedding.... I wouldn't have changed a thing! Sure- wished my ankles weren't so unattractive in the photos- but who was looking at me anyways?? I say go for it!!
