I'm sorry you are feeling bad, that is no fun! Here are some things I have heard (and tried). Try putting lemon in your water and when you wake in the morning try eating a cracker or two with sips of water before even sitting up. Then get up slowly.
Smelling lemon or peppermint is supposed to help with nausea. So is peppermint or ginger tea.
Try freezing some gatorade in ice cube trays, that way if you cant keep anything down you can at least suck on some ice chips and get a few electrolytes/sugar, etc.
Now try not to worry too much, lots of women have severe morning sickness and even lose weight before they start gaining. Have you had your dr's appt yet? Tell your dr how sick you feel, sometimes they can give you something to try to help settle your tummy.
Good luck to you and hang in there!!

I'm sorry to hear that your sick!I know how unenjoyable it is...I was sick...And I couldn't handle it at all, even after trying all the home remedies nothing seemed to work so I called my doctor and she precribed an anti-nausea made especially for pregnant women, here it's called diclectin but I'm in Canada and sometime meds are different(names) but if you've tried to cure it with no luck and want relief maybe your doctor will give you something to help!Good luck and I hope you are feeling better soon:)
