Going to the Potty every 15 mins is this normal or should i take him to see a Doctor?

I would make him an appointment to see the doctor just to be on the safe side.. It could be an urineary tract infection. Or it could be nothing but I would just to be on the safe side.

I used to get UTI (urinary tract infections) all the time. Your son probably has one. Take him to the doctor to ensure there isn't a bigger problem. If it clears in a few days, he probably won't even need antibiotics.

Is he complaining that it hurts to pee? Or blood in the urine? That means the UTI is pretty bad. He may have a slight infection- I'd take him to the docs just to be sure.

I would say take him and get him checked out, have them check the blood. This is how my mom found out my little sis had type one diabetes at 3 1/2. She went to the bathroom a lot and even wet her bed after having been potty trained for a while
