Ok, I need some suggestions. I am trying to get my 3 1/2 year old to sleep in her own bed/room and ways of getting her so stay in her bed for the night. She gets up and crawls in bed with me in the middle of the night and I don't even feel her.
Help please

I understand how you feel! I have twin 3 year old boys and sometimes they climb in the bed with us and we don't feel it either!
does she fall asleep in her own bed then gets up and goes to yours?
when they come to our room, we have to walk them back to their beds. but when we don't feel them, well we don't feel them. at first we would put an alarm to wake us up and we would make sure they weren't with us. but it was a hassle.
the only thing i can think of is to walk her back to her own bed! When you feel her of course! lol!

A special sleep cuddly and a night light. If you don't already have these, then this would be my suggestion. Even if there was no fear of the dark; there could be one developing, hence the night light. The stuffed animal or blankey protect from everything from bad dreams to things that go bump in the night. Studies actually show that children who sleep with a bear ot something special get a better, more restful sleep. Have a good (uninterupted) night.
