high fever after insect bites

my son has been having a fever for 2 days now with cold hands and feet even when he's hot. could it be because of an insect bite he had on the same day??

How old is your son? What kind of insect bit him? Depending on the insect I'd say no. Unless it's a spider bite, and is causing infection. Chances are it's the flu or something along those lines. If you truely feel the fever is caused the bite call your son's pediatrition because it could be serious.
