That's it!!! I'm so done with these last pounds to lose. I want to do something without hindering my milk supply. So far, I cut out all sweets and junk food snacks. But how far can I go without hurting the breastfeeding????
I also want to start working out again but I'm not sure where to begin....Or if it'll do anything with breastfeeding my 3 month old. HELP

I would just continue to eat healthy and not cut anything out. I started weight watchers when my son was four months and I ate all my points, and there are a lot for woman that are breastfeeding, and my milk supply decreased dramaticly. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it, but I would not cut anything else out to be safe.

I talked to my doctor about dropping the baby weight afterwards while still breastfeeding, she said the most important thing is to be patient. Don't start any rigorous (sp?) workout, start small.. take a walk/jog with your baby in the stroller. Don't cut anything else out of your diet, your baby needs all those nutrients and my doctor said that cutting stuff out could decrease your milk like Annie said. I'm due in 5 days! Congratulations by the way!

I wanted to add one thing...I cut out all sweets and junkfood and fast food to get rid of the junk. I still eat five small meals or snacks throughout the day. I'm concentrating on fruits and veggies and dairy than others so that I still have nutrients for my son. Yes, I did drastically cut calories.
