Unmarried couples sleeping together

I am divorced dad of three children, daughter 24, has own home with live-in boyfriend, daughter 8, lives with mom and with me every other weekend, and son 19 living with mom and trying to go to school.

Here is the problem; mom’s boyfriend sleeps over often, son’s 19 year old girlfriend sleeps over often and when my older daughter visits with her boyfriend, they sleep together as well.

So there are nights, usually the weekends, when 3 unmarried couples are sleeping together under the same roof as my 8 year old daughter, who has her own bedroom.

I am outraged that my 8 year old is being subjected to this behavior but my former wife thinks it is okay.

Sadly enough since the people in question are all of age I don't think you will change their mind but what you can do is ask that they are respectful of your daughter. The worst that would happen is that they don't listen to you, but I would think since they are your kids they would respect your wishes. When it comes to your ex, well clearly it does not bother her cause she does it.

What can you do on your end? You can teach your daughter or express to her your beliefs on the subject and hope that she makes good choices. I will definetly say that I agree with you! =)
