I thought this might be the best place to post this question. I would like to try a stab at zero waste (or a starting point at least). My supermarket doesn't sell in bulk so that is kind of out.

I know I can use tuperware instead of plastic bags, shop at thrift stores, find new uses for what I have but what else? What are some ideas that are simple for me to change now when I don't have a bulk food store to go to? (or maybe you have a good website to suggest?)

Also, do homemade cleaners get your home clean enough for you?

Thank you!
