Potty trained at home but no where else

My 3 year old does great at home we rarely have an accident he goes potty by himself doesn't even ask for help most of the time and stays dry during naps, as long as we stay at home. when ever we leave the house and go to daycare or Grandma and Grandpa's or anywhere he has accidents doesn't tell anyone he needs to go and won't take himself. If while at other places we take him to the bathroom and set him on the pot he'll go if he needs to otherwise he would just mess his pants. We've only been potty training for a little over 2 weeks and I realize this is a learning process but any suggestions for potty training outside of the home?
