Look at her diet. Is she eating enough fiber? Too many raw veggies for her personal digestive track? Is she getting in a lot of activity when she plays (running games, dancing, etc)? What does the doctor say?

She doesn't eat many raw vegggies, but get alot of fiber, she runs around some, but she likes playing inside, how can I help to get the gas out/relieve the pain? Doctor says if the gas medications don't work, not much else he can do.

How about newborn massage/massage for colic? I know she is a preschooler, but maybe something like that would help. The I Love You massage is something I was taught with my baby, something similar? On the right side of your daughter's abdomen go from pelvis towards the rib 5 times (I) then from pelvis towards rib across to the left side (L) then start over again, finishing with going down the left side to the pelvis (U). The idea is it helps things moving through the large intestine (you are following it from where it attaches to small intestine to where it ends. I know it helps a gassy baby, maybe it will work for a gassy kid.

Also, is she having regular Bowel Movements? If not then constipation might be the source of gas and pain.

I'd try to get her to be a little more active to help keep things moving - maybe an indoor mini trampoline or indoor bounce house (saw one at Wal-mart).

Best of luck, you have all my ideas.
