Need some advice!!

I am a single mother to a one year old little boy. The longest I have been away from him is 7 hrs. I have to leave on Sunday for 2 1/2 weeks for work. I really needed this job so I could support us so its a blessing. But I need some advice on what to do to make this easier on him while I am away. He is staying with my best friend and my family. So he will be with people he knows well. Please offer some advice. Thanks
