Need help with middle name

I really need help finding a middle name for a boy. I have the first name. Rocco. It was my husband's grandfather's name. Our last name also ends in an 'O' so I wasn't sure if it would look right with a middle name that ends in 'O' like most italian names do. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm game for all suggestions.

i think it'd be hard to say if you have an "o" as the beginning initial of the middle name, since the first name ends in "o", and also if the last name also begins with "o"

rocco is italian, did you want to keep the italian theme for the middle name? you could go with the american/english versions of italian middle names.
