Help- lactose-intollerant!

Does anyone out there know where i can find a cook book for those of us who can't eat diary? I am trying to find meals that i can fix for my toddler without the over use of soymilk.

I don't know if it's different where you are (I'm in Canada) but a few of our grocery stores have Isles especially for people lactose intolerant they have cereal,yogourt,rices,oh too many thing to name but I'm pretty sure I've seen some cook books:)Maybe you have a grocery store in your area that sells that stuff?

If you do a web search for "lactose free cookbook" or "lactose intolerant cookbook" a lot titles and sites come up. There seem to be a few available on amazon.com.
