Here's one I love and it freezes great.
Pizza casserole
2 containers crescent rolls
1 sm can pizza sauce
2 cups each mozerella and cheddar cheese
2 lbs hamburger, browned
grease 9 x 13 pan (I use pam spray)
spread one can crescent rolls on bottum of pan
Mix browned hamburger, pizza sauce and 7/8 cup of each cheese in bowl (important to mix them before baking, not sure why just know it doesn't turn out right if you don't!!)
spread mixture over crescent rolls
spread other can of crescent rolls on top
sprinkle remainder of shredded cheese on top
bake at 350 for 45 minutes until crescent rolls on bottum are done
you can also divide this into 2 9x9 pans (I use 3 tubes of crescent rolls when I do that) and freeze until you're ready to cook.
I use this alot for new moms and for friends dealing with illness or other issues.
Every kid that's tried it (husbands too) have liked it.
One friend adds pizza toppings likes black olives onions etc to spice it up

This is such a "semi-homemade" recipe i came up with. It's my take on Shepards Pie. Bisquick makes these cheddar-garlic biscuit mixes that come in a yellow bag in the baking section usually. They're really cheap, delicious and all it requires is adding 1/2 a cup of water! Talk about easy. Anyways, you need
2 packages Cheddar-Garlic Bisquick biscuit mix
1 small can Cream of Mushroom soup
1lb ground beef
1 can sweet kernel corn
1 cup frozen (or one can) green beans
2 1/2 cups of mashed potatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheee
Boil water and potatoes until cooked. Mash and add seasonings to your liking as you would a regular batch of mashed potatoes.
Mix up the cheddar-garlic biscuits according to package and spread evenly on the bottom of a brownie pan. Bake about 5 minutes on 400
While biscuit mix is in the oven brown off a pound of ground beef. Drain and add cream of mushroom soup. Then spread on top of the biscuit mix.
Add corn and green beans on top of the beef.
Add mashed potatoes on top of the beef and top with shredded cheese.
Bake in a 375 oven for about 45 minutes.
It's soooooooo easy. The hardest part is the mashed potatoes and if you really wanted to you could just use boxed mashed potatoes haha. Its soooo delicious.
Enjoy!!!

I am super-healthy. I love gourmet food that is quick and easy. I subscribe to the "Cooking Light" magazine and I sometimes pick up "Food and Wine". I have lots of recipes and I'd love to email some to you. How can I email you?

I was in the same predicament and my sister-in-law always had a great new meal for us when we visited. I was jealous and asked her were she got all these awesome recipes (she has less time than I do with two kids, a husband and working at night 3 days a week)! She gave me a program that met all my requirements
#1 SUPER CHEAP and 2 quick and easy. It is called Great American Recipes. It is only $7 a month and I get 12 new recipes a month (you can get more if you want) My husband and I haven't found a recipe yet that we haven't liked and they all cook at 30 mins or under! Check it out! I don't mean to advertise but we really do like all the options that are sent to us. And the best thing of all is that i thought I would never be able to cook as good as my husband- it feels good to have everyone say mmmm!

I found this great recipe on FoodNetwork.com. It is called Tacozagna (by Rachael Ray). I made it easier to make by putting one packet of Taco seasoning in place of the veggies and fresh seasonings. I made this last night and my family LOVED it! Also took only about 30mins start to finish.

breakfast quesidilla's are a hit in my house! but they are great at any meal. all you need is tortilla shells, cheddar cheese(shredded), scrambled eggs, bell peppers, and chopped up ham. place all the ingreds. between 2 shells and place in the oven until the cheese melts. If you are brave, let son help by putting the eggs and stuff on his own tortilla, he will get a kick out of it and he love it! for a healthier version like the one i use, i get whole wheat tortilla, fat free cheese, egg beaters, turkey ham and organic peppers...tastes just as good
