.... Was your second one any different from the first?
WAY different? Completely different? Please share!

We're pregnant with our second child... only 6 weeks, 1 day,
however so far, it's been very interesting! I never had cramping
with my first, so for this pregnancy to have so much pain and cramps... it's freaking me out!

I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant with my second child, and it is very different to my first pregnancy. This time I have terrible morning sickness and vomiting that lasts all day and night, cramping pain, headaches and horrible tiredness. My first pregnancy was a breeze compared to this. But the baby seems healthy, which is the main thing! If you're concerned get checked by the doctor.

I just got done with my second pregnancy, my nine months of hell. With my first one, I was great, not much to worry about. Minimal morning nausea, that's about it. With my second pregnancy, I cramped from the sixth week on. It turned out that I had an infection each time I felt more cramps (so please ask your doctor to check for a yeast infection). I had "all day" sickness. It was horrible. Than, I gained weight without trying and by the end was fifty inches around. This was unlike my first pregnancy where I had a beautiful medium sized belly. And, the last month of pregnancy I couldn't sleep because everything hurt. Unlike my first pregnancy, I lost all control of my bladder. However horrible my last pregnancy was, I still delivered a healthy 8lb 5 oz baby.

Your body already knows what's going on, so you'll start to show way sooner than with the first one. All those muscles are lax so you'll also have more discomfort too. Check with your DR, mine suggested a pregnancy belt thing that basically supports my big belly and it helped with the cramping and discomfort alot!

I'm on my third pregnancy and each one has been completely different. Different foods make me sick, different emotions set me off, different sleeping habits, everything. I didn't really think about how different everything was until now!

It was totally different with my second pregnancy. No morning sickness, no nausea, no cravings, very little weight gain, I was in my "regular" clothes until I was almost 6 months pregnant, I wasn't as out of breath when I walked, my back didn't hurt as much, no pre-eclampsia this time however, I had contractions a lot sooner, I dilated earlier, went into spontaneous labor (water broke at 36 weeks) and had a much smaller baby this time (1st was 6lbs 9oz and 2nd was 5lbs 10oz) that was born totally unassisted (everyone was out of the room--when she was born)

I am pregnant with my fourth child. She is due on June 16th of this year. I have three other daughters. Their ages are 11, 3 (almost 4) and 21 months. They are my life. All of my babies have been large. The first was 8 lbs, 4 ozs. The second was 10 lbs, 7 ozs and the third was 10 lbs, 12.9 ozs. I'm expecting that this one will be around this same size. I get really big during my pregnancies but don't gain too much weight. My preganancies have all been pretty good. I have been sick with all four. With the third one and this one I have alot of hip and leg aches at night. My blood sugar has been high with each one and I had to take the 3 hour glucose test. My first one was my longest labor. None of my deliveries were hard. My second child was born in about 20 minutes. My third took about 1 and half hours. This is actual pushing time. I really can't complain. They are worth every ache and pain. I wish I could have more but I'm going to stop at my favorite number - 4. They are so worth all of it. They are definitely my little angels.

I'm 29ish weeks and it's pretty much the same as the first go-round. Horrible nausea (lost 15 lbs in the first trimester) with both, carrying the same way with both, measuring the same... large.

I will say I'm a lot more relaxed this time.
