Remember it took 9mo to put it on, it should take at least 9mo to take it off. Also, unfortunately you have stretched the skin and muscles of your belly, so it is always going to be a little flabbier than pre-pregnancy. That said, I think you are enough months post-partum that you can do any type of exercise you feel like doing. Google "Ab exercises" and "Flatter Tummy". I don't know of anything specific, but I imagine any exercise that is successful pre-pregnancy would have good success after.
Since you are not yet back at pre-baby weight, do a lot of exercise that burns calories, like going for lots of walks (suck in your tummy as you walk, helps to strengthen those muscles). Your baby will love being outside. Watch what you eat, it is so easy to eat "easy" foods when caring for baby, but try to eat fruit or veggie for a snack instead of sugar or fat.
And, if you are breastfeeding you might not lose the weight until you wean - but you are also only 5 months from delivery, give it a little more time with a little more exercise and good eating choices and you should see yourself losing some more weight. Simply losing a bit more of the weight will make your tummy look a little better.

The best thing you can do is cardio and strength training. People always think that you need to do a million and one ab exercises, but it just isn't true. You can't 'spot' train. Meaning, no matter how much you work your abs, if the rest of your body isn't being worked, nothing will happen. CARDIO, CARDIO, CARDIO. That will be the fastest way that you start losing fat overall, not just in the belly, but the belly will shrink.

Post pregnancy weight is the worst to get rid of! There are still hormones regulating in our body. DON'T STRESS. Stress can be a major factor.
I was guilty of eating out a lot and now I cook at home more. Also, never underestimate the power of a morning walk. Helps with depression and cardio is great for targeting the hard areas, like butt, thighs, and tummy.

I'm in the exact same situation as you. I'm 21 years old..I was 135 pre baby, got up to 186 full term, had my son in december and now im at about 158..I'm so mentally exhausted from trying so hard to take this weight off and it seems like nothing is doing it for me. I never even wore a bikini in public at 135 and now im regretting it because i feel absolutely huge at 158! I hate seeing myself in pictures now.
