So my other half and i are on our journey of hell in TTC #1. I have NEVER in my life had PMS... EVER, i mean i feel like if someone looks at me and i dont like their exact facial expression i wanna rip their head off (not kidding, its horrible), my nipples felt like they were on fire for 5 days, just the nipples, it was so bad it woke me up in the middle of the night (mind you i am comatose when i am sleeping) and when i got up to walk to the bathroom to see if maybe i was having a reaction or something i had to hold the entire breast, this subsided very slowly. Now they feel like they weigh a lot, very heavy, entire breast is somewhat sore now. This started around the 28th of April, about 12 days after i supposedly ovulated. I am due for AF...today, she hasnt showed up, but i have taken tests and they are all negative... could i be prego? I do have PCOS which can affect your results on HPT. (when i was PG before and miscarried 2007, all test said BFN) I know that your progesterone can be out of whack after you ovulate, but i am going crazy here!!! I cant track my BBT due to my PCOS its already a roller coaster on its own, but i have never had PMS mood swings that i feel like medusa or sore breasts or nipples my ENTIRE life!!! I am active duty military, and can go for a HCG/HGC (which ever one it is...) blood test anytime, but i dont know if what i am going through is normal. Heartburn is another thing, never had that and for two days have been eating TUMs like they are on sale. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

Addition to my above post, i also have been getting these slight twinges in my uterine area/feels like pinching near ovaries maybe not sure but its weird never felt it before, not sure if it could be due to my PCOS, but i have had PCOS for about 3 years now, never felt this. Hope to hear from someone soon :(

I would suggest that you wait at least a few more days, and if AF hasn't shown up, go get your HCG checked. I don't know much about PCOS, but if it can mess with pg test results, the HCG testing would be the only way to know for sure. Good luck!
