1st Time Pregnant!

After more than a year of trying I'm finally pregnant! I went to the doctor last week for confirmation and he says I am due November 24th. I have my next appointment May 10th and then he's going to do the ultrasound. The one thing I haven't done- is tell anyone!! Not even my husband!! I've had so many friends and family members tell everyone so early on just to have to go back and tell everyone they lost the baby that I'm scared of jinxing it! I'm an only child and it would kill my parents- who don't even know we've been trying or even want children! And my husband is terrible at keeping secrets so once I tell him it's going to be out! I just hope I can make it to May 10th and then I plan on telling everyone! Am I crazy?

i agree with ya there. so many people lately are loosing babies before that 3 month mark. there are pros and cons to it. if people know then you will have an awesome support base to help you through it and if you dont tell anybody especially your husband and you were to misscarry he would feel devistated by you holding out on him and it could effect your marriage. so just be careful and weigh out all your options. best wishes :)
