Yeah my daughter would be on the ground, i'm sorry if that sounds mean but i would throw my daughter to the ground and tell her that she willnever do that again, i know my husband would not stand for that at all!!

Probation violation? She shouldn't have a cell phone to begin with let alone be allowed out of the house. Sounds like this little girl has major issues.

Yeah it does, but if she keeps getting away with things like this the worse she'll get, they need to kick her @#$ and put her in boot camp!! that's where kids like that need to be so they can have a chance at life!! maybe she is bi-polar.

Hmm I'll probably sound like a pushover for this, or maybe just someone who like to believe that no kid is "bad" but... In my opinion, it's more the mother's fault that this happened. What parent doesn't realize until their child bites them that the child needs help? And behaviour like that is generally acquired through "monkey see, monkey do". Kids aren't born to act like that, the parent(s) either have too much love for their child (blinded by love, eh) or they have anger management issues themselves and the kids has grown up seeing violence. It's not like it was a "good kid" who had never done anything wrong before and then all of a sudden SNAP, she bit her mom. The kid was on probabation and had priors. Mom should have stepped in and got her some kind of help. Sorry, but I gotta think that the kid needs help, not punishment. And the mother needs to wake up and get a reality check.
