Don't worry so much! Your body will naturally do what it's meant to do! Once labor starts, you can't stop it, and it will eventually lead to you giving birth, again, no stopping. You don't have to know "what" to do, only how to make it better. Read up on hypno birthing and take some childbirth classes to ease your mind. Try not to doubt yourself- Your body can and will do this!

I hear that its something that just comes naturally, after all you were made for this purpose. Your body is designed to deliver a baby. And its not like you will be alone, (hopefully!) the doctor most certainly will let you know what you need to be doing, and he/she has delivered many babies. If that doesn't make you feel better, do what I do, think about all the women you know that have babies. Especially the ones that are rather stupid. (I know not very nice, but its not like you have to share your thoughts) If they can do it, you can do it, right?
