Help- Advice Needed-strollers!!!!

HEY, Can anyone give me some advice as to where I can find a double stroller for a great price? I never needed one until now since i have a 1yr old and recently found out i was pregnant- due in november. Everywhere I checked seemed to be the price of a cadillac's car note...lol gee... i cant really afford that if theres other options. Please give your advice!!!

Double umbrella strollers aren't too costly or you can buy a connector to attach two umbrella strollers together. I have the Baby Trend Sit N Stand Deluxe (Silverado). My boys are 21 months apart. I can use the back part as a regular stroller seat or as the sit n stand. It runs about $160 from Target or Walmart (no shipping cost if you have shipped to their store). I love it because it gives me the option of having my son ride in a normal seat on longer trips and he loves the sit n stand option if he'll be in and out a lot or for shorter rides. It also has an infant car seat attachment which is nice :)

In my area, people are selling their used double strollers all the time on craigslist. If you don't mind getting a used stroller. Garage sales are another option along this vein.

I don't know how cheap you want to go but walmart.com has some double strollers for about 100 bucks. This is the kind I got for our twins because we could not afford a really nice one and a couple of people offered to go together and get it for us for our baby shower. We got the Graco DuoGlider (Super Safari). I worked pretty well for us and was really easy to fold down. Once the girls got older they didn't like being in the back so I wished I would have had one of the side by side ones but can't complain too much since was a gift.

You know i just checked walmart.com and found some really good prices. I just find that the strollers I really really like are the most expensive of all- i guess because they are jogging strollers, but i would rather have a double stroller that would allow my children to face one another rather than side by side. Im gonna keep checking other sites as well like craigslist in the meantime, before i make a definite choice as where to purchase. THANKS!!
