New Mom to be on New Years Day

Wow ! ! ! This is all new to me. The online thing as well as the whole Mom thing. I'm 12 weeks along. It seems to be going by VERY fast. Does anyone else feel that way??

Hi rrwms23 and Congrats!! I will be 12 weeks on Wed and YES! it feels like it has gone fast! I imagine we will not feel that way at 8 and 9 months (lol). Still, it is amazing where the first three months have gone. This is my first so it is new to me too and that could be why things feel like a bit of a whirlwind. Anyway, good luck and congrats again.

P.S. we are due around the same time, my due date is Jan 5 :-)

Thanks for the warm Congrats. I'M GOING TO BE A MOM!!!! I am very excited yet nervous. Yes, I am sure around the 8 month mark I will be screaming "when will this end". I'm enjoying my "whirlwind" while it lasts!

I have been thinking about that. I think it would be GREAT to have the first baby of the new year! What a story to tell when my baby gets older. What a new year to come!!!! I'm SO excited.

i am 12 weeks today and my due date is jan 20th. but it would be funny if i went in on my boyfriends birthday jan 18th. congrats to u and your new baby

I'm also hoping s/he comes early, so I can claim in 2008 taxes!

Everyone has been telling me to start walking mid-December to have the baby early, so I can claim the baby on my taxes! ! It would be nice but I think it would be cool to have the baby on New Years day! What a birthday party we could have.

How's everything coming along with you? I'm starting to show. I've been feeling the baby move. What about you?
