Winter blues ideas...let's share

I think those of us who look outside and see snow may all be feeling a bit trapped and cabin fevered right now....let's share our best ideas for getting out....I will admit we hit the zoo today, it was about 20 degrees out but wow, it was great...we walked between buildings and there were no crowds...
One of our favorite things to do in our small town is to swim during the day at the local hotel pool. I have found that most hotels will let you pay a small fee for this and they aren't crowded, especially if you go after checkout time before checkin time, like noon-3.
Anyone else have some good ideas?

We have found that our library has some excellent programs. They offer story times, craft classes, and a new Lego League. That is a great idea about the hotel pool! We'll have to check it out.

May be it dosent sound like winter blues but we love the time we spent with our baby. after ny husband got back from work and a liitle snack we play with our baby and her funny faces, actions and everything makes us and her happy............its most precious time and i enjoy my motherhood
