Hi All,

How about sharing our favorite books, websites and dvd's and all that good stuff.

Right now I'm reading "Mayo Clinic Guide to Healthy Pregnancy" great book written by doctors on pregnancy month by month, changes to your body, signs & symptoms on when to call a doctor or wait till next visit, common concerns & questions about pregnancy. It's an easy read, enjoyable and extremely informative.

Exercise DVD's: "Complete Pregnancy Fitness with Erin O'brien" a very pregnant Erin guides you through various exercises and tips, easy to follow.- now if I could just get the energy to workout :)

Have a great Valentines day everyone!

Hi all!

I've been reading the "baby bible" that everyone swears by - "What to expect when expecting". I have to say that it lives up to its reputation. There's a lot of info in there broken down in easy to digest sections.

Also, my SIL just sent me a book called "On Becoming Babywise". It's supposed to work as a charm to train babies to sleep though the night by the time they are 8 wks old. I've heard great things about the book from a couple of other young moms so I think I'll give it a shot.

Good luck!
