I just wanted to share 2 things I truly have found to cut down on the number of colds my 4 kids have caught this winter. I finally got separate cups for their toothbrushes, and bought them their own tubes of toothpaste. Also found a great new soap that helps them wash their hands for the right amount of time- they used to just rinse if I wasn't watching! www.soapsoundz.com. hope this helps! we have had a really healthy winter so far (knock on wood!)
