Great piece about the CARE for Kids program established in many of the schools of Jefferson County. As parents, we must support programs such as this, and reinforce the positive message they seek to establish. The PTA is part of the educational community here in Louisville. Although not mentioned in the piece, we are an established volunteer and advocacy group working in collaboration with the teachers, administrators and students at our schools.
