Hey guys!!! Now that my little girl is 4 years old, I am wondering to myself "Whats my excuse for not losing weight?" Prepreg I was 140-145 ish, and lost most of the weight after my preganancy...but over time being at home constantly and not being active enough has caught up to me... I am wondering...anyone out there have any ideas on how I can lose the weight? I wasnt to lose about 35 lbs to get to the 145 mark! I am also wanting to lose the weight to be able to get preganant. I have another post about me having one fallop tube and one ovary. We decided that we would wieght for me to lose some weight before getting pregnant so this is VERY SERIOUS for me!! Any help?? Thanks!!!!!

Cut out something like bread, or sweets, or meat. Substitute all your drinks w water WITH LEMON>! eat tons of pineapple.
I have a natural way of cleansing your system. That helps you drop weight w/out doing anything except eating 1 tbls of the cleanse every night before bed.
1 pack of dry fig
1 pack of dry apricot
1 pack of Sena Leaves (you can get it at a health food store)

Grind the fig and apricot like in a meat grinder(works best)
SOke the sena leaves in 2 Cups of boiling water. Let it sit for a little. Then pour the sena into the mix of fig and apricot. And you can keep it in your fridge!
Take it every night. No more than 1 tablespoon.
