I've been breastfeeding my son for a year now. Well 6 mnths on the boob and 6 mnths I expressed all his feedings because he started biting me. but I didn't want to stop giving him the benefits of breast milk. Well yesterday I started to get this pain whiled I pumped around my nipple. THis mornin I couldn't even put on my bra. Literally right next to my nipple (still on the aerosal I have a HUGE bump Swollen and red. And it hurts like H***. I dnt know what its from and I think I'm gna have to stop pumping. who can I call? my regular doc or my obgyn?

Could it be a milk blister? You could try the treatment recommended here:

Whatever the problem is, if you suddenly stop pumping, your whole breast will start hurting a lot, which would be even worse.
I'd say call whichever doctor seems most knowledgeable about breastfeeding. That might be neither. You might find more expert advice from an Internationally Certified Lactation Consultant. You can find one here:

Good luck!
