Naming our second boy----help!!

So my favorite name is Carter, but I'm not sure how that sounds for a man. What do you think?...My hubby and daughter prefer Carson but our last name ends in 'sen', so I think its too rhymey. What do you think?

Give me your opinion, and any new ideas. I really do love Carter, but am having second thoughts if its a name that works for an adult too?
Oh, and our first son's name is Andrew(not sure if that makes a difference).

I know a few adult Carters. There is nothing boyish about the name. It is a man's name, I feel.
