5 years on infertily--a suprise positive

My husband and I went through 5 years of infertillity--we did clomid and IUI for 3 of those years. We finally stopped and decided that if God intended for us to be parents, it would happen. Well, last week I was so sick--like nothing I had experienced before. My mom suggested a pregnancy test--and sure enough--POSITIVE!

It's so early, I don't have any idea of my due date except January. We are excited and a bit nervous. I can't wait to go for my next Sono on the 21st--it will be nice to see that things are going the way they should!

I feel BLAH all the time, but in a strange way it's comforting to know that everything is OK.

Aw, I am so happy for you! We tried for almost a year, and I know how disheartening it is to have all the hope in the world slowly dwindling away. You were right! You're meant to be a parent! Good Luck, and keep us informed on that appt next week!

Congratulations! I was fairly stunned to find myself pregnant too. It must have been something going around this Spring!
