When my daughter turned 18 months we were so excited to use the potty, my daughter however was not. So we posponed it for awhile, until she actually showed instrest she is almost 3 now and is pretty much potty trained. A couple of tip are. stop and try again in a month, see if she notices that you have stopped. Or keep douing what you are doing, on the potty every hour. It seems like a lot but for us the potty wasn't the hard thing it was the pooping. Anyway m&m work great make a big deal when she goes potty, crazy dances, high fives, then she gets a tiny treat, after about a week cut back on just one thing. Our daughter now gets a treat before bedtime if she doesn't have accident.
Another option is she still in diaper, we decided to go away completely with the diapers, sure it was a mess to clean up, but whatever you decided on stick with it. She may be a bit young yet to do that though. When we got rid of the diapers if my daughter had an accident she woiuld have to "practice" which ment going to a room and you say "oh you have to potty, where do you go" and she says "to the potty" and then she runs there, pulls down her pants sits on the potty and ways for a couple of seconds, then pulls the pants back up, and runs to a different room, we did this 5 to 10 times. At first it may be fun but then they cry a and scream, but you still do it 5 to ten times just grab there hands and walk them. it isn't really a disapline but if they have an accident they have to "practice" and if they don't like practice then they woun't have accidents.
I know its a lot of imfo but this worked really well for us took us about a month to fully potty train, we still have maybe 1 accident a week but thats great in my oppinion.
In you case it may be hard to admit she is not ready yet (just like I had a hard time) right now packing the potty away for a bit can't do any harm.
