My daughter is 3 1/2 years old and it seems like potty training has gone from successful.. to non-existent. About two months before her 3rd birthday she was going potty perfectly!! (I was actually pretty shocked how easy it was). For six months she wore panties everywhere... Out in public, in the car, at the park, at home, to bed... NO ACCIDENTS. 6 months later we moved to a different state which was a pretty big change for all of us. It was after the move she started having accidents all day long. She still continued to poop in the potty but refused to go pee in the potty. If we tried to remind her.. or just picked her up and took her there she would scream and cry. After about a month of trying to give rewards and throw pee pee partys i decided to just give up. (I was spending lots of money on carpet treatments). I decided that since she was still going poo in the potty that maybe we just needed a break and not talk about it for awhile and hopefully she was magically start using the potty again. I went out and bought pull-ups to save myself from scrubing carpets 6-8 times a day. We went without saying a word... as a matter of fact when she did wet her diaper, my husband and I would just say "Thats ok.. Lets just try better next time." My daughters been wearing pull ups now for two months with no desire to go to the potty and now she won't even poop in the potty. I would really like to get her back in the swing of things.. but I dont even know where to start! Does anybody please have any advice?

You may have to start over from square one. A major life change, like moving to a new state, can cause a child to go backwards with pottying. I'd just start to reintroduce her again. Take it slow and reward her for using the potty, but try to ignore the accidents. Good luck.
