If you go to the fitness magazine website you can set up a diet/exercise plan! I'm going to try the drop a jeans size one and I will keep you posted! Day 1 I weigh 130 pounds (I'm only 5 feet tall so don't give me any smack c: I'm over weight according to my BMI.) I will keep reporting back in so you guys can see if there is any progress and if it's something that might work for you!
